We're a small software development company that builds web and mobile applications for clients in different industries. Since most of our clients are based overseas, strong English communication is an important part of the role—you'll be working directly with teammates and occasionally participating in client discussions.

We're mainly looking for junior to mid-level developers who have a solid foundation and are eager to learn. We care more about your ability to communicate, collaborate, and grow than having years of experience.

Our projects vary depending on the client, but we commonly work with technologies like React, Next.js, Node.js, Laravel, Python, Flutter, and cloud services such as AWS. The exact tech stack depends on the project you're assigned to.

As for the hiring process, it's pretty straightforward:

A short introductory conversation.
A technical interview with one of our engineers.
A final discussion if everything goes well.
