If you watch a lot of dramas and TV shows, you probably know the problem.
You start one show.
Then another.
Then someone recommends three more.
A few weeks later, you have screenshots, saved posts, browser tabs, and random notes everywhere.
And eventually:
“Wait… what episode was I on?” 😭
That was one of the reasons I started building Showcio.
What is Showcio?
Showcio is a global drama and TV show tracking app.
The idea is simple: give people one place to keep track of the shows they actually care about.
You can:

It's not just for K-dramas. It's for anyone who watches shows.
Why build another tracker?
There are already plenty of entertainment platforms.
But I wanted to focus on a different part of the experience:
tracking what you watch.
Not just:
Here's a show.
But:
Here's what I'm watching, what I've finished, what's next, and what I want to remember.
That became the foundation for Showcio.
Building it
One of the interesting parts of building Showcio has been figuring out how to turn a relatively simple idea — “track my shows” — into something that actually feels useful when you have a large watchlist.
There are a lot of small product decisions hiding behind that simple idea:
- What should be shown first?
- How should ongoing and completed shows be separated?
- How should users discover something new?
- How much information is too much?
- How do you make tracking feel effortless rather than like another task?
Those are the kinds of problems I'm still working through.
And honestly, that's one of my favorite parts of building products.

Launching an app is easy compared with getting people to tell you what's actually wrong with it.

Better tracking.
More countries and content.
More ways for people to organize and interact with the shows they love.
The long-term goal is bigger than simply being a tracker.
I want Showcio to become a universe for people who love watching shows. 🌌
