My name's [Your Name] and this is my very first post here — so bear with me!

I've been lurking on DEV for a while, learning from everyone's articles,
and finally decided to stop being a spectator and join the game. (Pun intended.)

A bit about me

I'm someone who grew up with a controller in one hand and a curiosity about
how things work in the other. That curiosity is what eventually pulled me
toward coding.

Why I think DEV and Gaming belong together

Games are honestly one of the best teachers for developers:

Logic — Every game mechanic is just a function in disguise
Feedback loops — Games reward iteration, and so does good code
Community — Both worlds thrive when people share knowledge openly

Whether you're building game mods, browser games, or just using gaming
as a mental break from debugging — you're in good company here.

My goal on DEV

I want to learn in public, connect with people who share the overlap between
gaming and development, and slowly build trust in this community by
contributing honestly.
