Today, I attended a mock interview session. It was a useful experience that helped me understand my strengths and identify the areas where I need more practice. The interview started with a "Tell me about yourself" question. I was able to answer confidently. This gave me a positive start and increased my confidence throughout the interview. Most of the questions were focused on JavaScript fundamentals and CSS concepts. Some of the topics covered were:
- Types of variables
- Primitive and non-primitive data types
- Mutable vs Immutable data
- Ternary operator
- Default case in switch statements
- display: none & Visibility(display) hidden
- Wt is Javascript
- CSS Grid and Flexbox
- types of operator
- Type casting
I appreciated about this mock interview was the feedback provided after each answer. Instead of focusing only on marks, I was able to understand where I made mistakes and how I can improve. These corrections are valuable because they help me avoid repeating the same errors in future interviews.
Every mock interview teaches me something new. Sometimes it highlights what I know well, and other times it reveals areas that need improvement. Both are equally important for growth.
