I built an AI governance control plane solo — come try to break it (free year for the first 20 who do)

I built ThinkNEO solo — a control plane that sits between your apps and AI providers and enforces governance instead of just reporting it. It blocks what your policy disallows, hard-stops the budget before the spend happens (not an after-the-fact alert), redacts sensitive data, and writes every decision to a tamper-evident ledger. BYOK, provider-agnostic, live in about five minutes.

I care more about it being honest than being flashy. No dashboard theater, no "masked inline" labels on things that don't mask, no numbers that look real but aren't. I've spent as much time ripping out things that only looked like they worked as building new ones.

So I know I've missed things. That's where you come in.

The deal

The first 20 developers who submit a reproducible bug with clear steps get a free Start plan for one year — real enforcement on, same engine everyone runs.

Try to break it

  • Set a budget and try to blow past it
  • Write a guardrail and try to slip something through
  • Wire up a provider and watch the decision log

How

  1. Start free, no card: https://thinkneo.ai/developers
  2. Found a bug? Report it in-app: Support → Report a bug (your account is attached, so a valid bug gets its free year applied directly)

Deadline July 28. Ask me anything in the comments — architecture, how enforcement actually works, why I made a given call.
