During deep focus your feet hardly move, and they can feel stiff and cold by lunch. You can do this one with your shoes off, without leaving the chair.
- Feet flat on the floor. Spread your toes as wide as you can, hold for three seconds, then relax. Eight times.
- Lift only your big toes and keep the small toes down, then switch. Six rounds. It's harder than it sounds.
- Roll each sole slowly over a water bottle or a tennis ball, heel to toe, for thirty seconds per foot.
- Point and flex both feet ten times.
Pair it with a build or a test run so it fits into the day. A short guided version is in Flexor App for stretching.
