What I built
A small business owner needed an automated customer support system that works 24/7, answering questions based only on their internal policies – no hallucinations, no outside internet knowledge. They also wanted multilingual support (English, French, Spanish) and a natural AI voice introduction.
I built the AI Customer Service Suite to solve this exactly.
