Position: ML Engineer

Workload: ~15 hours/week
This is a coding-heavy opportunity. Candidates should be comfortable working with Python and coding agents as part of their development workflow.
What You'll Work On
- Develop and validate machine-learning models
- Build training and inference pipelines
- Implement model components and data workflows
- Create evaluation systems and numerical methods
- Build reproducible Python workflows
- Debug and optimize ML systems
- Review and validate challenging ML engineering tasks
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related quantitative field
- Strong professional or research experience in machine learning
- Strong Python skills
- Practical experience with coding agents
