Most language-learning apps force an account wall before you review your first flashcard, ship megabytes of client JavaScript, or interrupt study sessions with ads.
I wanted the opposite experience for workplace English and TOEIC learners, so I built Glory Vocab — a static-first, offline-capable study platform.
What it includes
- 6,000 Workplace English Headwords (CEFR A2–C1): Structured across 361 topics with word families (noun/verb/adj/adv), prepositions, 3-level business collocations, and 571 synonym sets.
-
Client-Side FSRS v5 Spaced Repetition: Scheduling runs directly in the browser on top of
IndexedDB(ts-fsrs) and a 4-tier Service Worker. Anonymous study works out of the box with zero sign-up and zero ads in review sessions (with optional deterministic cloud sync when needed). - 5 Interactive Browser Study Tools: Including a Part 5 Word Family Analyzer, Preposition Finder, 75-Minute Reading Time Pacer, and an interactive FSRS v5 Forgetting-Curve Simulator.
It supports English, Vietnamese, and Japanese interfaces. If you enjoy fast static web apps or are studying business English, feel free to check it out at gloryvocab.com/en — I would love your technical or UX feedback!
