🚀 Our 10-Month Journey at Codesphere Agency: From Zero Clients to a Growing Portfolio

🌱 The Early Days: A Slow Start No One Warns You About
When we launched Codesphere around 10 months ago, we were full of energy, ideas, and ambition.
But what we didn’t expect was the silence.
For three months, we didn’t get a single client.
Not one.
Our team was constantly sending cold emails, refining messaging, researching leads, and doing every form of outreach we could think of. And still — barely any traction.
Those were the days when frustration felt like a permanent team member. But we kept reminding ourselves of one thing:
Time is the biggest asset you have. Sometimes you need to survive the waiting phase before you can grow.
⚡ The Breakthrough: Securing Our First Client
Three months later, everything changed.
We landed our first official client: Power Links, a cables and motors dealer based in Alang. I still remember sitting across from the owners during our first meeting. They were determined to take their business forward digitally — and that energy felt familiar.
Closing that deal wasn’t just business; it was validation.
It reminded us that progress often arrives slowly… then all at once.
📈 The Momentum Kicks In
Once Power Links came onboard, we doubled down on our outreach. And slowly, the doors began opening:
- Foodzaam joined our client list.
- Project Aura happened soon after.
- Conversations started turning into real opportunities.
Each project taught us something new — not just about tech, but about people, resilience, and the importance of consistent effort.

This week’s reflection reminded me why we started Codesphere Agency in the first place.
10 months ago, we didn’t know if this would work.
