Best thing to do, at least to get yourself started. Pick a very small project. Something you think you can do in an afternoon. (It will take you at least a week)
Just use chat gpt to guide you and read all it's explanations. Once you complete (or become bored with) that project. Try it again from scratch but this time no peeking at old code or post gpt chats. You can still chat with gpt, but keep it to specific questions about syntax, not logic, so you have to do the heavy lifting.
