Where the Apps Differ
The first feature I would test is real-time transcription. Otter and Fireflies are particularly mature for online meeting workflows, while Notta supports live speech and audio/video transcription in 58 languages. MeetingMinutes takes a slightly different approach: it is designed for both meetings and offline situations, with one-tap export and recording support when connectivity is unreliable.
The second difference is speaker identification and transcript cleanup. This makes its strongest differentiation less about having transcription itself and more about producing a cleaner document from spoken material.

MeetingMinutes adds cloud synchronization, collaborative editing, multiple export formats, and QR-based sharing, creating a workflow that can move from recording to shared notes without requiring another conversion step.
For me, MeetingMinutes becomes most interesting when the priority is mobile-first capture, cleaner transcripts, offline recording, and quick sharing rather than simply joining an established enterprise meeting platform. Its current feature set also includes 50+ meeting-summary templates and support for 20+ Chinese dialects, which gives it a more specialized edge for multilingual or cross-regional conversations.
