Welcome to the community, I hope this can help you.
The usual path to follow would be to start with the basics, such as HTML and CSS. If you're already used to this, I would then move to Bootstrap, a great framework to start getting used to the ecosystem and full of tutorials and documentation as well.
After that, I would move to one of the big frameworks: React, Angular, Vue and start to work on projects with them. I think knowledge such as npm, API, async, and others will come while you learn the last.
