- Currently in an accelerator program with investor commitment
- An active enterprise pilot pipeline with major logos
- Actively raising $300K bridge round to fund our immediate launch roadmap.
The Tech Challenge (What You’ll Own)
We are building a Contract-to-Cash Vertical OS. Your primary playground will be completing core architecture and expanding our AI Deal Desk, moving away from static SaaS.
- The Stack Goal: Building an intelligent AI that autonomously ingest/parse unstructured legal contracts, extract complex deliverables/payment schedules.
Who You Are
A senior full-stack developer who can take over the deployment pipeline.
Obsessed with clean data structures, LLM orchestration/parsing accuracy, and securing payment infrastructure.
Ready to step into a Founding Team / Technical Partner role.
The Deal
We are currently filling this as a Founding Equity role while we close the bridge round through the accelerator. Once the bridge closes, this triggers a competitive base salary, but the real upside is significant equity ownership in a company digitizing a massive, untouched transaction layer.
