Learning cloud and DevOps takes patience, discipline, and consistency. There are days when everything clicks, and there are days when nothing seems to make sense. That is completely normal.
One thing I have discovered is that everyone learns differently.
Some people love following a detailed roadmap from beginning to end. Others prefer structured courses with a fixed schedule. For me, learning is more spontaneous. I follow my curiosity. When I find a topic interesting, I dive deep into it. No amount of advice or motivation can make me learn something if I genuinely have no interest in it.
Recently, I have been learning Kubernetes, and it has been one of the most interesting technologies I have studied so far. Instead of only reading documentation or watching tutorials, I decided to explain what I was learning by creating videos.

Along the way, I have used a few tools that have made learning easier.
DigitalOcean has been a great platform for experimenting with cloud services. If you are a startup or someone learning cloud on a budget, it is worth checking out because getting basic services running is straightforward.
I have also used Gamma to create presentations and portfolio content, and Lovable to build portfolio projects more quickly.

Do You Really Need AWS to Learn Cloud?
One question I see often is whether you need AWS before you can start learning cloud.
My answer might surprise you.
Other cloud providers are friendly and can help you build practical skills before moving into AWS, like DigitalOcean.
There is no single right way to learn cloud computing.
