30 White Label Client Portal Platforms for Agencies and Freelancers

A white label client portal is portal software you license from a vendor and run under your own brand. Clients log in on your domain, see your logo and get emails from your address, while the vendor hosts and updates the software. This is a condensed version of a 30-platform guide from iwhitelabel.io's client portal builders category.

How the setup works

You upload your logo and colours, point a subdomain such as clients.youragency.com at the portal, connect your own email domain or SMTP so notifications come from you, and invite clients into their own accounts. Onboarding, file sharing, messages, approvals and billing then happen in that workspace.

Pricing usually comes in two parts: a monthly subscription, and a higher plan or paid add-on for the full white label features, such as a custom domain or removing the vendor's name. OneSuite is the one platform in the guide with a white label price listed: a $29 per month add-on to the Pro plan, which costs $9 per user per month, or $7 billed annually.

What to check before you pick one

  • Every surface a client sees: the web address, login page, emails, documents and any mobile app. A portal that shows your logo but sends invitations from the vendor's domain still shows the vendor's name.
  • Which plan unlocks it: ManyRequests includes a custom domain on every plan. Dock keeps it for Enterprise. Zendo, Sydnee and Noloco put the custom domain or brand removal on paid or higher plans.
  • Client accounts: each client should see only their own files and projects, and your team needs roles. Sydnee, Assembly, Zendo and FuseBase confirm per-client branding.
  • Billing: Zendo sends invoices through Stripe. Kitchen.co, ClientVenue and Agency Handy keep invoicing and payments inside the portal.
  • API and webhooks: Wayfront, Retainr and Blue confirm a white label API with webhooks. Sydnee, Superdocu, Dock and Noloco confirm webhooks.

For developers: build your own

If no packaged portal fits, three platforms let you build one:

  • Noloco: no-code app and portal builder with your logo, colours and favicon on the app and login, your domain, your SMTP, multi-tenant management, a visual builder, webhooks and payments.
  • Knack: no-code app builder whose Pro plans put live apps on your domain with mail from your domain, plus conditional logic and custom pages.
  • Betty Blocks: low-code platform with layout and theme per brand, each app on your own domain, master templates you reuse across clients, and reseller and multi-tenant management.

A closer look at four

  • Wayfront: built for agencies selling productised services. Resellers can sell under their own workspace and prices, and it offers a branded checkout, local payment methods, a white label API and webhooks.
  • SuiteDash: a custom domain, branded login and branded emails on every plan, with a Reseller Program for child accounts under your brand, and CRM and billing in the same platform.
  • Blue: a project workspace where clients work in the same account under permission scopes. The Pro white label add-on replaces Blue's name, logo, favicon and colours, and both the mobile app and the API are white labelled.
  • Collect: a no-code portal for requesting and storing client documents and form answers, with your domain, mail from that domain, custom CSS and language settings.
