What I did Today

1. Wrote a README.md summarizing what I did the whole week.
2. Tracked , Committed and Pushed to Github.
3. Opened a Pull request from week-four to main and merged.
4. Edited the README.md in Main to insert week-four content.
5. Updated my Local repostory to make sure its upto date.
6. Created a new branch week-five and get ready for the next week.
7. Created a new issue for week-five content
