I'm an engineer based in Japan, with a background in automotive OBD systems at a traditional Japanese company (often referred to as "JTC"). 🛠️

I’ve noticed that many international developers in Japan struggle with the unique workplace culture, complex tax system, and salary negotiations.

To help bridge that gap, I’ve started building a technical guide called Japan Refactor.

It focuses on real data around salaries, practical tax strategies, and what I call “JTC survival logic” for developers navigating the Japanese tech industry.
