Guys I went to create a issue in the official Github of NPM, but what I saw is that the repo has been archived and only read only
Is this scenario from a long time or I noticed it late?
Anyone plss tell its reason also if someone knows why it has been archived

The github.com/npm/npm repo was simply moved. If you have an issue to post, you should do so against the new repo: github.com/npm/cli
