I built Launch Control to show the next legitimate action

Most operational dashboards tell you what exists. They do not tell you what can legitimately happen next.

I built Launch Control to make that distinction visible.

The problem

Work often stalls because teams treat every delay as the same kind of delay. But these states require different responses:

  • Act Now: work that can move immediately
  • Waiting: work that depends on something already in progress
  • Human Gate: work that needs a judgment, approval, or decision
  • Blocked: work that cannot proceed until a dependency changes

Launch Control maps those dependencies and surfaces the next legitimate action, so people stop wasting energy pushing work that cannot move yet.

What I would like you to test

  1. Can you understand the four states without instructions?
  2. Does the suggested next action feel credible?
  3. What would this need before you would use it with a real team?

I entered Launch Control in the Kevin O’Leary x Emergent Builder Fest. If the idea earns your support, you can vote here:

Useful criticism is welcome. If something is confusing or breaks, I want to know.
