Been a while since I updated here, here's an update about my cloud learning journey. I started to learn cloud on learntocloud.guide by gps last month with their renovated website, I like how the program engages you to learn via experimenting or working on it instead of handing out answers, I've been winging learning cloud via different resources that at a time overwhelms me, but this website gives me a sense of direction on what should I focus on and not to re-learn things over. Before I do this capstone project, I am reading linux basics for hackers and that book gave me a guide to solve the challenges prepared on learntocloud.guide.
The challenge itself is pretty good exercise because in January I've been following linuxupskillchallenge.org handled by livialima. The project has been fun as I solved multiple challenges starting off finding hidden files to going through embedded archives. Surprisingly, it only took an hour to complete. With the help also of AI I am able to navigate towards problems that I am not familiar. The next one will be learning networks which is also vital on being a cloud engineer. Since I am done with this project I will be trying to hand out resumes as I learn more into the cloud.
