How to make command-line apps accessible?

Hi, recently I started working on a command-line tool and wanted to make it accessible. I posted a question about it on stackoverflow but didn't get any answers, so I've decided to ask you, the DEV community - how does one make their command-line app accessible?

Also general dicussion about command-line accessibility and accessibility in general.
