The trend it clear, writing online can now trigger the accusation of using AI or being a bot. Not a joke I saw online accounts that are clearly human with text written without an AI that label themselves as AI just to avoid dealing with accusations of being one.
AI slop, this tension; it's all over the place, but if the AI generated text is slop why do we prefer asking AI instead of reading from sources or asking a human directly? Is the fact that you read text in your personal Chat-Session making the text somehow better then if it was written by someone else's AI-Assistant and posted online?
Here is the key: Reading a lot of AI generated text no matter where you read it, is changing how you speak, write and structure text, thereby you can't prove that you are a human writing by trying to write text in a more human way.
If you follow this conclusion this also means that we will start to expect a human to sound like AI so that we perceive the text as human.
