Have you tried searching for a technical solution or reading a programming article lately? The modern web is officially broken. We are currently drowning in a massive wave of automated AI slop – low-quality, generated documentations, copy-pasted medium articles, and GitHub repositories filled with code that does not even compile.
We used to build software with precise intent, measuring every byte and optimizing every query. Now, tech platforms are optimizing for automated content metrics, flooding the index with corporate junk and useless boilerplate frameworks. Software testing is becoming obsolete because people just ship whatever the LLM spits out.
This is a technical crisis. If we continue to replace actual engineering documentation and human code reviews with synthetic data, we will lose the ability to debug our own infrastructure within the next few years. It is time to clear the junk, stop the scraping, and return to clean, human-written logic.
If you are sick of the automated garbage and want to support the movement for raw, human-engineered code, check out the independent developer lifestyle links in my bio. Keep your source code clean and your architecture human.
