Five things an agency should know by 10 a.m. on Monday

Monday mornings show how well an agency keeps track of its clients. If the team can answer these five questions quickly, the week starts on time. If not, it starts with a round of "does anyone know...?"

  1. What changed over the weekend? A late email from a client on Friday can undo the plan you had for Monday.

  2. What did we promise last week that isn't a task yet? "We'll send that over" is a commitment, even if nobody wrote it down.

  3. What are we waiting on from clients? A missing approval is often the real reason a deadline is at risk, so it should be easy to see.

  4. Who owns each deadline this week? A date without a name next to it tends to slip.

  5. Which account needs a call before it asks for one? It's better to bring up a delay yourself than to be asked about it.

Each answer usually sits in a different place: an inbox, a Slack thread, meeting notes, a project board. That's why Monday tends to start with a meeting.

We built Taskoryto bring those answers together. It reads the tools your team already uses, keeps one live record for each client, and lets you ask what needs attention across all of them.
