KW Studio Hiring: How We Moderate a High-Quality Roblox Asset Marketplace

How We Keep Quality in the Growing Roblox Marketplace (And Why We’re Hiring Moderators)
If you’ve been messing around with Roblox assets for a while, you’ve probably seen how things can be different from what you expect. An asset might look super cool in the previews, but when you actually use it in a game, you might run into issues like bad optimization, messy organization, or unclear ownership.
At KW Studio, we created our marketplace to fix these problems.
We don’t just want to throw assets out there. We want to deliver stuff that developers can actually trust when making their games. “As our platform keeps getting bigger, it’s our job to make sure we keep that trust with careful checks and reviews.”

At KW Studio, moderation is a big deal. Every product that gets submitted is looked at closely. We check more than just how well it works; we also care about who really owns it. With so many sellers on the platform, making sure assets are truly owned and shared is super important for keeping trust in our marketplace.

This is where product moderators come in.
We have a moderator who checks for new assets every day, making sure there’s proof of ownership and that everything meets our quality standards. If something doesn’t make the cut, the seller gets it back with tips on how to improve. This way, developers get reliable, well-made, and properly owned assets.

We offer guidance and training for our moderation system, but you need to have some experience with Roblox development. To really judge an asset, you’ve got to know how it works in a real game—how it’s built, organized, and optimized.

With KW Studio growing fast and more sellers joining, we’re seeing a lot more submissions. To keep up our quality, we’re looking for more moderators to help out.

As KW Studio Co-Founder Leonard Sandberg says:
“KW Studio is growing quickly, and with hundreds of sellers coming on board, we need more people to help us stick to our standards and make sure every product is up to par.”

If you’re interested in applying, it’s super easy. We don’t have a strict list of requirements to start with; we just want to know more about you, your experience as a Roblox developer, and why you think you’d be a good fit for moderating. No CV needed at this point.

KW Studio isn’t just about adding more products. We’re growing while keeping our quality high. That’s all thanks to our moderation efforts.
