So I noticed something huge, even though I'm not using the app I created for my daily work. How and why do I expect other users to stick with my app if it doesn't even please me? I feel like I missed a foundational building block. I kept telling myself, I'll start using it soon; it's not ready yet; maybe other people will find it useful...
That changes today! I'm going to add a new feature that should attract more frequent users. I'm not sure if it is achievable, but I won't know until I try. The idea is: what if users were to give tasks to agents from my app??? This should transform it from a utility to a standalone app, which should equate to more users. But I need to do it right. 만든 사람인 나도 매일 쓰지 않는다는 발견이 오히려 좋은 출발점 같아요. 새 에이전트 작업 기능을 더하기 전에, 기존 앱을 열지 않은 순간마다 “어떤 일을 하려 했고 어디서 막혔는지”를 며칠만 기록해 보면 어떨까요? 사용 빈도가 낮은 이유가 기능 부족인지, 첫 행동이 모호한 것인지 구분하면 다음 실험의 성공 기준도 잡기 쉬울 것 같습니다.
