Your title says Angular.JS but review is Angular. They are 2 different frameworks. Why do you say Angular is bad on SEO? It does have SSR support and it is backed by Google.

In Vue, I don't think Vue number of contributors to the core really constitutes as "cons". Also, not sure if lack of corporate backing from Facebook, Google or a like is a con or pro?
