Why haven’t you mentioned StyledComponents?

It is a really great framework to work with CSS in JavaScript - also known as “CSS-in-JS” -, so it is worth checking it out particularly while in frontend development with React, for example, in my opinion. It allows you to write reusable components with CSS styles.
