Next step is integrating live Stripe billing so upgrading to Pro becomes seamless.
Building a SaaS has been way harder than I expected. Every "simple" feature somehow turns into authentication, permissions, edge cases, database migrations and debugging...
But that's exactly why I'm building in public.
Every week the product gets closer to something people can actually use.
