Artificial intelligence (AI) is the capacity of a computer or robot under computer control to carry out operations typically performed by intelligent beings (Copeland, 2024). Therefore, AI tools are software programs that carry out tasks and solve issues using AI. Three AI tools that enhance the e-commerce experience are Syte.ai, Dynamic Yield by Mastercard and SoundHound AI. There are many others but these are the ones I will be discussing today.

For enhance search experience, the search process is easier, and there is an enhancement of efficiency. This is further outlined below:

Businesses can improve engagement, increase customer purchases, and forge closer bonds with their customers by customizing the page’s content and layout to the distinct tastes and behaviours of mobile users.
