ReleaseMind is our hackathon prototype for retrieving source-linked incident summaries while reviewing a proposed software change. It compares an LLM-only review with one augmented by retrieved history, then shows the evidence and suggested safeguards.
This is a demo, not an incident predictor, and we haven’t measured improvement. Feedback on whether the evidence is clear would be welcome.
