I'm a solo dev building DunkBall, a free 3-on-3 arcade basketball game (8.5-ft rims, dunks are worth 2, a shot from half court is worth 3). New Google Play developer accounts have to run a 14-day closed test with at least 12 opted-in testers before the app can go public. I'm at 9.
