I'm building my portfolio, since I need, as a freelance, to find a new mission after many years. I needed to build something to have a background of my last missions.
I'm starting to make a figma before any code.
I need to speak about my last clients with their missions and my personal projects.
What am I missing?

Figma is definitely a good place to start if you're designing from scratch.
Besides having a project portfolio, maybe your site should have a bio page about you too.
