I got access! I was in waiting list for some months
They are only granting access to a limited number of testers and they are randomly picked.
Try with different Github acc if you have any or Just wait...
Recently applied for it and got access within a few days. As @dreamyplayer said, they may be picking accounts based on location and other attributes.
