About 8 months ago I published https://devportfolios.net/ a platform where only developers can upload their portfolio for free. No web agencies, designers sites etc... are accepted.
The problem is that only few developers have submitted their website and only few people a day are visiting the website.
What can I do to improve the popularity?
Has someone some suggestions?

Try to find out why developer will share their portfolio. What the benefits they are getting ? If you site does not have visitor(client type) i think developer will not share their portfolio site. If there any possibilities that dev can generate good traffic or can generate client from your site then developer will look for you to share their portfolio
To increase the vistor on site you have continously work on it organically. Find the related keyword (seo difficulties should be less). Write regular helpful tips , write lot of info/video about why your site is important. Track the keyword performances and keep continue.

It’s astrange scenario. It happens inside the web browser included in the Forem app, but if I open it on Chrome it works.

Ok so I think I get the problem, the site is created only for find inspiration, there is no a real reason to share the personal portfolio (except help others).
I created the website cause when you search for developer portfolios you only find articles and all of them always list the same 20/30 super famous portfolios.
I thought it was a good idea to have a site with a large choice.

basically: SEO, paid traffic, ads and social media marketing in general
another thing that you could do: create a community around your biz on discord, twitter or whatever place your audience frequently interacts
