So I built an AI Agent in Runner H that sends a timely daily email plan with:
✅ Medications at 3 times a day
✅ Sugar & BP reminders
✅ Fruit and walk routines
✅ Emotional words for comfort
✅ Weekly lab alerts
✅ Sends to me and my sister (her second caregiver)
✅ No-code. Just one detailed prompt.
✅ Runs daily like clockwork — 7 AM, 2 PM, 4 PM, 9 PM
Now, Runner H is not just an assistant — it’s our peace of mind.

The love behind this project is everything 🥺 Two suggestions - voice reminders through WhatsApp would feel more personal than text, and a simple photo attachment feature so she can send pics of her meals/meds for better tracking! Now aunty can't skip meals without getting caught 😅 Ultimate mom monitoring system activated! 💪
