Hiring Web/Software Engineer (Remote, Long-Term)

We are currently looking for a skilled Web/Software Engineer to join our team at Radaris.

Radaris is a data-driven platform focused on people search and public records solutions. We are building scalable web applications and improving user experience across our products.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop mobile web applications using Java, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Work with tools such as Bitbucket, JIRA, Adobe Creative Cloud, and Visual Studio
  • Create proof-of-concept solutions and turn ideas into working prototypes
  • Manage front-end development processes, including research, testing, and implementation
  • Supervise front-end development efforts and ensure best practices for clean and reusable code
  • Collaborate with business architects to define system architecture and scalability strategies
  • Troubleshoot issues and ensure compatibility across browsers, devices, and operating systems
  • Work closely with product managers, designers, and leadership to define new features

Requirements

  • Strong experience with JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience in front-end or full-stack development
  • Understanding of web performance and scalability
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment

Hi,

I came across the Web/Software Engineer role at Radaris and was interested in the work you’re doing around scalable, data-driven web applications. Building high-load systems with a strong focus on performance and user experience is something I’m very interested in.

I have strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and backend systems, including improving frontend performance, designing APIs, and shaping data flows to support real-world usage at scale.
