First, stuffs like these takes an incredible amount of effort, and I'll like to commend you for that.
Second, I'll like to make some suggestions on the newsletter format as it's currently seen on Substack.
Web users tend to scan the page looking for links they can click on or a heading section that will inform them what a story is all about.
Currently, the newsletter is using the following format:
Take note of the following:

which in-turn links to the story on the website. This is not recommended for accessibility reasons because the link text should have a relationship with the link itself. Kindly read Using Meaningful Link Text.With that out of the way, here are my suggestions:

This should be the article summary between 4 and 5 lines.
Overall, I do like your newsletter especially the summaries (but please keep them short), and I'll be reading it from now on.
