Back in 2019, when the .dev top-level domain opened, we picked up vscode.dev. They didn't what to do with it. But now in 2021, they have brought a lightweight web version of vscode editor which you can use as you use the desktop version. But currently, It's under development, a lot of features will be added day by day.
