Over the last few years, AI tools have become an essential part of my daily workflow.
I use them for everything from writing content and formatting JSON to converting PDFs, generating QR codes, and handling small development tasks.
Like many developers, I was constantly trying new tools.
Some were excellent.
Some disappeared within months.
Some looked great but raised one important question that I couldn't ignore:
What happens to the data we upload?
The more I explored different AI tools, the more I realized that many platforms focus heavily on adding new features while giving very little attention to transparency.
That made me rethink my workflow.
Instead of depending on dozens of random websites, I decided to start building tools with a different philosophy:
Privacy first.
While building ZLVOX, I tried to keep a few principles in mind:
🔒 Respect user privacy.
⚡ Fast and lightweight tools.
🧹 Clean, distraction-free interfaces.
🚀 No unnecessary complexity.
💻 Tools that developers actually use every day.
I'm not saying every existing AI tool is bad.
Far from it.
There are many great products out there.
But I do think our industry should spend more time talking about privacy, transparency, and trust, not just the next AI feature.
