For Week 2 of the Hacktoberfest Open-Source AI Challenge, I have built a [Smart Flashcard Generator] powered by Google's open-source (Gemma) model. It helps students automatically convert lengthy study notes into quick question-and-answer flashcards.
This project solves the "Side Hustle" prompt by providing a practical utility tool for daily learning.

- Concept : The script takes raw textbook text, sends it to Gemma with a custom structured prompt, and extracts clean Q&A pairs for active recall study.

->Future Scope
I plan to add a simple web interface using Streamlit so users can just paste their PDF notes and download flashcards instantly.
