PSA: You're Probably Coding on an Empty Tank

We check our RAM usage. We monitor CPU load. We set up alerts when the server is running low on resources.

But we forget to feed the machine that writes the code.

A reminder for every developer grinding through a long sprint:

→ Vitamin D — you haven't seen the sun today. Neither have your neurotransmitters.

→ Magnesium — you've had 4 coffees. Magnesium and caffeine don't coexist well. One of them is winning.

→ Omega-3 — your brain is 60% fat. Feed it accordingly.

→ Water — not coffee. Actual water.

The 3PM brain fog, the inability to focus on a PR, the feeling that you've been staring at the same bug for two hours — sometimes it's not the code. Sometimes it's just you, running on fumes.

Take a break. Drink something. Maybe grab that vitamin D capsule you bought three months ago and forgot about.

Your stack deserves better infrastructure.
