One detail that would make the scoring more trustworthy is to keep "missing skill" separate from "no evidence found." A resume may describe the same experience in different language, while a true gap means the candidate cannot point to any project or work example.
Showing the matched resume sentence beside each score would let a recruiter audit the result, and it would stop candidates from treating every missing keyword as permission to add a skill they cannot defend.
