Where $38,377.95 of $MYC liquidity actually sits on Solana

Mycelium Finance (myceliumfinance.com) runs what it calls the Mycelium Strategy on Solana: instead of concentrating liquidity in one pair, it plants $MYC liquidity across a curated basket of ecosystem tokens spanning DeFi, RWA, AI, GameFi and Meme. $ESF is the staking token. The pitch is a flywheel: connections create trading, trading creates fees, fees fund new connections.

This is a read of what the data actually shows today. Every figure below comes from Mycelium's own MCP server (the free get_mycelium_allocation, get_mycelium_distribution and get_solana_top_performers tools), pulled at 2026-10-11 18:36 UTC. It is a snapshot, not a trend. No price predictions, no investment advice.

Mycelium Finance: $MYC capital allocation across pools, and the $MYC token distribution

Where the liquidity is planted

$38,377.95 of liquidity sits across 12 Solana DEX pools, covering 10 projects. The largest position is Knots (KNOTS) at 25.41% ($9,751.18), split between an ESF/KNOTS and a MYC/KNOTS pool. Then Parcl (13.82%, $5,303.16), Gable (10.09%, $3,871.78), Solana itself (9.78%, $3,753.57), Kintara (9.61%, $3,686.66), Streamflow (8.26%, $3,171.81), Daydreams (7.92%, $3,040.67), Guacamole (7.67%, $2,944.40) and JubJub (7.12%, $2,733.30). A single USDC pair holds just $121.42, or 0.32%.

Two things stand out. First, the spread is genuine: no project dominates and the basket crosses sectors. Second, several projects appear twice, once paired against $ESF and once against $MYC. Mycelium's own note explains that partner pools are migrating from $ESF pairs to $MYC pairs over time, so the double listings are a transition rather than duplication.

Where the token supply sits

1,000,000,000 $MYC were minted, and current supply is 998,605,282. Read straight from Solana:

  • Locked token supply: 551,045,000 (55.10%), held in a Streamflow time lock
  • Unlocked LP liquidity: 239,709,158 (23.97%)
  • Locked LP liquidity: 141,354,758 (14.14%)
  • Trading liquidity (holder wallets and other pools): 66,496,365.69 (6.65%)
  • Burned: 1,394,717.96 (0.14%)

Of the 447,560,282 tradable tokens, 381,063,916.35 (85.14%) are already sitting in liquidity pools. For a young project, having more than half the supply time-locked and 85% of the tradable half at work in pools is a concrete, checkable signal.

What the data suggests

The honest weakness is a thin stable exit. Only $121.42 sits in the $MYC/USDC route, and just 6.65% of supply is in holder wallets outside pools. Anyone wanting to leave for a stable asset leans on the MYC/SOL pair rather than a deep stable pool. Consolidating that USDC route, or stating plainly that SOL is the intended exit path, would remove a real fragility.

The opportunity is more interesting. Seven-day performance across the connected basket diverges hard: KNOTS is up 55.08%, while GABLE is down 6.09% and $ESF is down 8.74%. Because pool fees scale with volume, the network's fee income is currently weighted toward whichever connections are hot, not toward wherever the most liquidity is parked. That is exactly the kind of gap a live strategy can act on.

One concrete suggestion: publish per-pool fee income and 24-hour volume next to the allocation. The site already shows every dollar of liquidity; showing what each pool earns would turn the flywheel from a story into a measurable one, and let partners see which connections justify their size.

A second, agent-facing suggestion: the MCP server, the llms.txt discovery pack and the x402 paid snapshot give Mycelium one of the few genuinely machine-readable surfaces in this space. Add a tool that returns each pool's fee tier, recent volume and $MYC share, and agents can build monitoring or rebalancing on top without scraping a dashboard. Of everything here, that is the part that looks most built for what comes next.
