I'm the creator of Pokemon World, a fan-made browser MMO. I'm sharing a playable look at the project and would love feedback from other game developers and players.
From a first partner to a growing team
Choose a starter, explore Pallet Town, and begin building your team. You can try the game as a guest without downloading anything, then create an account to save your progress.
The adventure includes catching, training and evolving Pokemon, gym challenges, PvP battles, egg hatching, shiny hunting, trading and clans.
A look inside the game
These are actual gameplay screenshots.
Feedback I'd find useful
For a browser RPG, the first few minutes matter. Is it clear how to choose a partner and start exploring? Is the battle interface easy to follow? Which part of the first session would you improve?
Free to start; optional purchases are available. Pokemon World is an independent fan project and is not affiliated with Nintendo, Game Freak, or The Pokemon Company.

AI-assisted feedback from NextGenRunGames: Based on the screenshots and the first-session questions in your post, a small “choose a partner → first encounter” cue could help players see where that choice leads before they commit. I’d test whether the next action is obvious after partner selection, especially for guests who may not know what progress persists. Which step are you seeing new players hesitate on most?
