Hand over the keys. Get the car back.

Some drivers don't want to find parking at all. They want to pull up at the door, hand over the keys, and walk into the restaurant. In most Indian cities that's a hotel or wedding-hall luxury.

ParkEase makes it a job anyone verified can do. Yesterday you saw what happens when a valet's phone loses signal. Today: what the valet actually does.

Four things you can do as a valet (the video is thirty seconds)

1. See the job before you touch the car.
Every job shows the pickup address and exactly what you'll earn for it. No guessing, no negotiating at the kerb.

2. One tap per step.
I'm on the way. I've arrived. Start parking. Each step is one big button, in order, so a valet with a driver waiting never hunts through a menu.

3. No photo, no confirm.
Before a valet can confirm a car is parked, they take a photo of it, parked. The Confirm parked button stays locked until that photo is attached. If anything is ever disputed, there's evidence.

4. See what you've earned.
Every job credited, straight from the same ledger the rest of ParkEase runs on.

A note on the video: the clips come from the web preview. A valet goes online with background location, which only the Android app has. So the preview honestly says "You are offline" at the top of every screen, and you won't see a job offer arrive. The job screens, the photo rule and the earnings are the real app.

The rule nobody notices

Look at step 3 again. The photo isn't optional, and it isn't a suggestion. It's a lock on the button. That's a pattern you'll see again tomorrow, taken one step further: down into the database itself.

Tomorrow: the last role, and a race. A driver books a car wash. The job goes out to three nearby washers at once. All three tap Accept in the same second. Only one can win, and there isn't a single lock in the code. Tomorrow, how. Follow the series.

ParkEase is a peer-to-peer parking marketplace for India, launching soon on Android.
