Teams see tons of bugs and report almost none. I built a fix: 100 users in 2 months

🚀 I built something. It's called 𝘽𝙧𝙞𝙚𝙛

As an engineer, I work every day with cross functional teams: founders, PMs, sales, support. And I kept noticing the same thing:

𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗯𝘂𝗴𝘀. 𝗧𝗵𝗲𝘆 𝗿𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝗮𝗹𝗺𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗻𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺!!

Why? Filing a ticket means stopping, taking screenshots, writing the steps, guessing what broke. Nobody does that in the middle of a demo for a "small glitch".

So the bug ends up in Slack as "is checkout broken?" 🥲 and the developer has to chase every detail.

𝗦𝗼 𝗜 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝘁 𝗕𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗳, 𝗮 𝗖𝗵𝗿𝗼𝗺𝗲 𝗲𝘅𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝘆 𝗯𝘂𝗴 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗼 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗶𝘅 𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝗻𝗲 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗸:

📸 Grab a screenshot, a video, or the last minute of what happened
🤖 The AI finds what failed
🎫 The ticket lands in Jira or Linear, with steps, video, console and network errors

No writing, no back and forth. The developer gets everything needed to fix it.

𝟭𝟬𝟬 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 𝗮𝗹𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗱𝘆, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟲 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝗺𝘀 𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗶𝘁 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆 𝗱𝗮𝘆 🙌

It's 𝗳𝗿𝗲𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟱𝟬𝟬 𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘀 👉 https://cloud.get-brief.app
