Scannable by Evernote is a document scanning app only for iPhone. It has an automatic scanning functionality that scans very quickly. It has a nifty integration with Evernote which allows one to organise scanned documents neatly. Even though its OCR is not the most advanced, its conversion of business cards into phone numbers is extremely useful.

An easy-to-use scanning app with a pretty UI. It packages this with numerous nifty features such as background uploading to cloud, smart naming, a good OCR and even a PDF editor.
