My Journey From Cloud Engineering to Building Tesconix Technologies

From learning technology to building a technology company

Starting a technology company is very different from building a project.

When I started learning software development and cloud technologies, my focus was mostly technical: learning how systems work, building projects, experimenting with AWS, understanding DevOps, and solving engineering problems.

Over time, I started asking myself a different question:

What if I could use these skills to build something of my own?

That question eventually led me to start Tesconix Technologies.

This is the story of why I started it, what I am building through it, the services we provide, and what I have learned so far while taking the journey from being a technology learner to becoming a founder.

Where It Started

My journey began with curiosity about technology.

I became particularly interested in cloud computing, software development, automation, and DevOps because they showed me that software is not just about writing code.

A good application also needs:

Reliable infrastructure
Security
Deployment automation
Scalability
Monitoring
Performance
Maintainability

AWS and cloud engineering became one of my strongest areas of interest.

I started building projects, experimenting with different architectures, learning infrastructure automation, and understanding how applications move from development environments into real production systems.

But while learning technology, I realized something important.

Technical skills alone are not enough to build a successful technology business.

You also need to understand customers, business problems, communication, project management, pricing, delivery, marketing, and long-term relationships.

That realization changed the direction of my journey.

Why I Started Tesconix Technologies

I didn't want to limit myself to building projects only for learning.

I wanted to create a technology company that could work with real businesses and help them solve real problems through technology.

That idea became Tesconix Technologies.

The vision behind Tesconix is simple:

Build practical technology solutions that help businesses turn ideas into useful, scalable digital products.

I wanted Tesconix to be more than a company that simply delivers websites or writes software.

The goal is to understand the client's actual problem, recommend the right technical approach, build the solution, deploy it properly, and continue improving it as the business grows.

Building a Company While Still Building Myself

One of the most challenging parts of starting Tesconix has been realizing that being a founder requires much more than technical knowledge.

As an engineer, I naturally think about:

How should I build this?

As a founder, I also need to think about:

Why should this be built?

Who needs it?

What problem does it solve?

What should it cost?

How should it be delivered?

How can it scale?

How can we support it after launch?

This changed the way I look at technology.

I am no longer learning only to pass an exam or complete a project.

I am learning because the decisions I make can eventually affect real customers and real businesses.

What Tesconix Technologies Does

Tesconix is being built as a technology services and product-focused company.

Our work covers multiple areas of modern software engineering.

Software & Web Development

We build custom websites, web applications, business software, dashboards, portals, and other digital solutions based on specific business requirements.

Mobile Application Development

We work on mobile applications designed around real user requirements and business workflows.

AI-Powered Solutions

We explore and build AI-powered applications, automation systems, and intelligent features that can help businesses improve their workflows and products.

Cloud & DevOps

Cloud infrastructure and DevOps are an important part of our technical foundation.

We work with cloud technologies, deployment automation, CI/CD, infrastructure, scalability, monitoring, and production environments.

Custom Business Software

Every business does not need the same software.

Sometimes an existing solution does not fit a company's workflow.

That is where custom software can make a difference.

We aim to understand the workflow first and then build technology around the actual business requirement.

Digital Products

Tesconix is not intended to remain only a service company.

Alongside client projects, I also want to build our own products and technology platforms.

The long-term vision is to combine:

Services + Products + Engineering + Innovation

My Role as Founder

Being the founder means I don't want to separate myself completely from the technology.

I want to remain involved in both sides of the company.

On the technical side, I work with:

Cloud architecture
AWS
DevOps
Software development
Infrastructure
Automation
AI technologies
Application architecture

On the business side, I work on:

Understanding client requirements
Project planning
Proposals
Pricing
Communication
Business strategy
Service development
Marketing
Product ideas
Building the company's internal systems

This combination is one of the things I enjoy most about entrepreneurship.

I can move from discussing a client's business problem to designing the technical architecture needed to solve it.

Why Cloud and DevOps Matter to Me

Cloud and DevOps remain particularly important to my journey.

Many applications can be built quickly.

The difficult part is building systems that can be operated reliably after they go live.

A production application may need:

Security → Deployment → Monitoring → Scaling → Backups → Automation → Cost Management

This is why I believe cloud engineering should not be treated as something separate from software development.

The application and the infrastructure supporting it should be designed with each other in mind.

This mindset is something I want to bring into the projects we build at Tesconix.

From Client Idea to Production

One of the biggest things I want Tesconix to provide is a complete technology journey.

A client may come to us with nothing more than an idea.

Our job is not simply to immediately start coding.

The process should look more like:

Idea

Understanding the Business Problem

Requirements

Solution & Architecture

Design & Development

Testing

Cloud Deployment

Monitoring & Optimization

Ongoing Support

This approach allows technology to become part of the business strategy instead of being treated as just another outsourced task.

What Starting Tesconix Has Taught Me

Starting a company has already taught me lessons that I could not have learned from technical courses alone.

  1. Technology is only one part of the business

You can build an excellent application and still fail to create a successful business if you don't understand the customer.

  1. Communication matters

A technically perfect solution is useless if the client doesn't understand what is being delivered or why it matters.

  1. Simplicity is valuable

Not every project needs a complicated architecture.

The right solution is the one that solves the actual problem effectively.

  1. You never stop learning

Technology changes constantly.

Cloud platforms, AI, development frameworks, security practices, and infrastructure tools continue to evolve.

As a founder and engineer, I need to keep learning while also learning how to make better business decisions.

  1. Building trust takes time

A new company cannot expect people to trust it immediately.

Trust has to be built through:

Good work + Transparency + Communication + Consistency + Results

That is something I want Tesconix to earn over time.

What I Want Tesconix to Become

Right now, Tesconix is at the beginning of its journey.

I don't want to pretend that everything has already been achieved.

There is still a lot to learn, build, improve, and prove.

My long-term goal is to grow Tesconix into a technology company that can work with startups, growing businesses, and organizations across India and internationally.

I want to build a company capable of:

Delivering high-quality software
Building scalable cloud systems
Helping businesses adopt modern technologies
Developing useful AI-powered solutions
Creating our own technology products
Building long-term client relationships
Creating opportunities for talented developers and engineers

The journey will take time.

And I am okay with that.

Why I Am Sharing This Journey

I want to document the journey publicly.

Not because everything is already successful.

But because building a company from the beginning is itself a learning experience.

I want to share:

Technical projects
Cloud architectures
DevOps experiments
Engineering lessons
Product development
Business lessons
Client project experiences
Mistakes and improvements
Things I learn while building Tesconix

I believe that documenting the journey can help me stay accountable while also connecting with other developers, founders, businesses, and technology professionals.

What's Next?

There is a lot I want to build.

More software.

More cloud systems.

More automation.

More AI experiments.

More products.

More client solutions.

And eventually, a much larger team capable of building technology at scale.

For now, I am focused on one step at a time.

Learn → Build → Deliver → Improve → Repeat.

Tesconix Technologies is only at the beginning.

And this is my journey of building it.

Final Thought

I started with an interest in technology.

That interest turned into projects.

The projects turned into experience.

The experience created the idea of building something of my own.

And that idea became Tesconix Technologies.

I don't know exactly where this journey will take me.

But I know what I want to keep doing:

Building useful technology, solving real problems, and continuously learning along the way.

This is just the beginning.
